Hacked Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hacked's products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), without limitation or qualification. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Hacked, and govern your use of the Hacked software, platform, dashboard, and website (collectively, the "Services").
Modification of Terms
Hacked reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Should any changes be considered material, Hacked will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. The determination of materiality will be at Hacked’s sole discretion.
Continued access or use of the Services after such changes shall constitute your consent to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cease using the Services immediately.
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for a Hacked account by providing a valid email address and other requested information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Use of Personal Information
By using the Services, you consent to Hacked's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information as necessary for the provision and improvement of the Services. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, IP address, profile image, role, and organization.
You may request that Hacked delete your personal information and any associated content at any time.
Company Logo Usage
Upon commencement of use of the Hacked Services, you grant Hacked a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company logos and trademarks for the purpose of promoting and marketing Hacked Services. This license remains in effect until you provide written notice to revoke such rights at contact@hacked.sg.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Hacked expressly disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Hacked and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Hacked has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
Communication and Feedback
By using the Services, you agree to receive communications from Hacked, including updates and promotional materials. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by contacting us at contact@hacked.sg.
Feedback provided to Hacked becomes the property of Hacked, with the unrestricted right to use such feedback for any purpose, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
